Haha! So-- I saw my last post was late april of last year, so it's time for my yearly journal updates. Let's see...what interesting things happened this year....

Well, For starters, I am still at Calarts. I graduate in slightly over a MONTH's time. I'm excited to get my MFA and I'm looking forward to holding my own in the world. God knows it's time. A TON of debt, but an excellent journey it has been so far.

I started working freelance for Intuary, designing pages for childrens books. You can obtain the e-book app FarFaria on iTunes with a free trial if you're interested! A cute little app for kids and parents who love to read bedtime stories to their children.

Hmmm.... I cut my hand! Er---stabbed myself in the hand to be precise. PESKY AVACADOS! So delicious, so deadly if you are being a jack-ass trying to pop the seed out the wrong way. Two stitches and a numb finger , but it's healing!

Also-- flash back to talking about Calarts--My thesis film is well on its way. I have a few more scenes to animate and I will be done with the rough animation. Only inbetweens, color and compositing left. Alot to do in 20 days, (my early deadline) but I can do it! If sleep would stop seductively luring me into my comfy bed. A few more all-nighters and I suppose it'll be gold.

I've still got my webcomic, Veeblesaurus  [link] it's been hard to post with my deadlines. I look forward to graduating and being able to draw a bit more freely, for myself at least.
